I'm so tired, so this will be short. This is what was left over for ourselves from making a large batch of strawberry rhubarb puree at our commercial kitchen tonight. Gotta wake up for my real job in 5 hours. Goodnight.

I don't know why, but the puree looks like it's the size of a thimble. :)
